MALAWI TELEVISION B&I has been awarded the contract for the supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of five new television transmitters during 2004. The transmitters will be manufactured by DB ELETTRONICA TELECOMUNICAZIONI and will replace existing equipment. |

SWAZILAND BROADCAST AND INFORMATION SERVICES (SBIS) SBIS will be the first institution in Africa to install the new LAWO ZIRKON range of digital broadcast mixers into their studios, after they awarded B&I the contract of upgrading their radio broadcast facility in Mbabane, Swaziland. Initial phase comprise of one on air and one production fully fledged studios, with the LAWO ZIRKON broadcast mixer, with the systematically implementation of AXELTECHNOLOGY'S DJ PRO DIGITAL RADIO BROADCAST AUTOMATION system.
